Welcome to another episode of the Lager and Listings podcast! In this episode, we are joined by Jameson Labuguen. Despite only being in his 20s, Jameson has raised capital for several real estate deals and shares why investing is about "who", not "how".

About Jameson Labuguen
Jameson is an accomplished Sales Leader, Entrepreneur, and Real-Estate Investor, specializing in Raising Capital for various strategies such as Flips, STRs, Corporate Rentals & Multi-Unit Acquisitions. Jameson's superpower is Sales & Negotiation. Over the first five years, he's acquired a substantial portfolio across Canada.  He prides. He prides himself on accomplishing certain feats, such as purchasing a property with a $0.01 down payment, raising over $1M in less than eight weeks, and doing this all under the age of 30.  

 Jameson is the Founder and SVP of Acquisition of UNITUM Holdings, which collectively has a portfolio of over $25M across Canada and the United States. He is passionate about helping others build wealth through real estate and inspiring others to do the same. He's founded the Flip-To-Own and the Airbnb-To-Own program, which allows aspiring homeowners/investors to get started with their first property. 

 Besides real estate, Jameson loves travelling, playing basketball, singing and playing guitar for his two children; Kaison and Kayla, and his beautiful wife Kitty.
